SENDER >> ALLTEL >> RIM >> ALLTEL >> RECIPIENT If alltel goes down, then messages aren't delivered from RIM. The link from Alltel to RIM was degraded or down. Pin-to-Pin worked fine for all other carriers. That’s pretty silly for you to assume that because PIN-to-PIN was down it made it RIM’s fault.
