I know it's hard time for lots of folks, but if they can't afford to feed them I wish they would make arrangements for someone else to care for them. I don't want to say anything bad, because I don't know the circumstances of this story. I just hope if it's because of financial circumstances they will make arrangements about the other horses, and not let them get so mal nourished. That is so sad!
