All I want to know is went is the trash pick-up day for customers that live on Community Drive. My trash stay out for a whole week in a half before it was picked-up. We are not pleased with your new trash pick – up.

Have not received any notification that trash provider was changed to ECUA. I live in north Escambia. My trash was out on Tuesday and was not picked up. I called AWS about the no pick up and found out about the provider change. Tried calling ECUA at least 10 times with no answer…..IT ISN”T the recycle program that is causing your telephone problems. IT is customers dissatified with the change.
No notification of Provider change
Pick up once a week (in my case not at all) changed to once a week
And if I pay on line with credit card there is a charge. There was no charge at AWS
Very dissatified

I would like to know what my pickup day will be and I do not understand the recycle is. what do I put in the recycle bin and what do I out in the grbage bin, I did not receive a letter from ecua as ti the change. I think as a oaying customer I should have received a information letter thank you xxx treasure court, pensacola, fl.32506

We live in gated community on 97, north of Ransom Middle School, this past Saturday pickup did not occur.

Garbage picked up. No Gray Recycle can. Drove past ECUA off Pine Forest Road and Godwin Lane in Pensacola, New Year’s Eve and they had lots of cans stacked up.

My regular pickupday is Thursday. I did not get picked up Fri. and so far not today.

If your regular pickup day was Thursday, it should have been picked up Friday. If you regular day was Friday, they should get it on Saturday. My regular day is Thursday and they did get my can Friday. Still no recycling can though.

Did anyone get a pickup from ECUA? I have had my can out since Thurs. and no one has picked it up yet. I thought it was supposed to be picked up by ECUA.
