Heather,
I am truly blessed by finding you on this site, and by reading your testimony! How awesome is He that He would save us! And who knew that me and my good friend/dancing partner in high school would one day be reunited in heaven! In June 1986 I also was saved, being led to the Lord by my then boyfriend and now my husband of almost 18 years. I would love to hear and share more about how God has used me and dance to do many similar things in my life as you! I can see that you are truly blessed and glorifying Him in all you do! May one day we dance before Him in eternity!

What a wonderful lady Heather is! While my daughter never had the luxury of taking dance with her (and I have never let Heather forget this or the cute lollipop song I wanted her to do with Meredith), I do know Heather. I even had the privilege to teach her beautiful daughter. All of my experiences with Heather have led me to believe she truly is a remarkable woman. Not only is she talented, she is patient, she is compassionate, she is loving, and she is driven and focused. She does not hide her passion and love for God. This shines through her and everyone who has ever gotten to know Heather Leonard can testify to this. Congratulations, Heather! You are well-deserving of this honor!

Congratulations Heather! You are so deserving of this award. You not only brought dance to our area but you taught the girls to dance with such poise and grace. As the girls themselves have said, you have made a big difference in their lives by being their teacher and friend and also showing and helping with guidance in their walk with the Lord. You’re a great role model! As the mother of one of your first students that stayed with you for 14 years, I just wanted to say thanks. We love you and your family. WE REALLY MISS DANCE!

OUR GRANDDAUGHTER WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO TAKE DANCE FROM MRS. HEATHER ONLY ONE YEAR. IN THAT SHORT FEW MONTHS WE WERE ABLE TO SEE WHAT A BLESSING IT WOULD BE FOR HER ,IF SHE COULD HAVE HAD TEN ,OR TWELVE YEARS UNDER THIS GREAT TEACHER . MRS. HEATHER YOU ARE MISSED.
