Dr. Moore,

I was born and raised in Atmore and as a child, you helped take care of me. I have lived in OK for the past 11 years, and 3 yrs. ago, my husband and I had came to Atmore to visit my parentsat Christmas time. My son was a year old, and while we where there, he became ill. I could tell hisears were hurting him, and it being only a day or so after Christmas, I didn't know if I could get him to a Doctor or if I'd have to take him to the ER. We had plans to return to OK the next day or so, and we knew that we couldn't travel with a sick child like my son. I called to Physicians Ass. and they told me the would work my son in. So off we went. Dr. Moore saw him, and yes, he had ear infection and needed meds. The Dr. told us we could go and I went up to the receptionist to pay and I asked what I owed. She looked at me and says, "You owe nothing, there is no charge for today." I remembering asking her if she was sure, and she told me that she was, because Dr. Moore said so. I remember getting tears in my eyes and thanking her. Well, I went back to my dad's, and told everyone this story. A Brother-in-law from Texas looked at me and said, "Wow, now that's what you call Southern Hospitality! " He had nver heard of that being done. So, Dr. Moore, I say thank you from the bottom of my heart.. Your kindness has never been forgotten, nor will be. May God be near you and keep you. Best wishes in Texas. Merry Christmas!

Dr. Moore,

Thank you so much for the great medical care that you have provided to my family for the past 26 years. You're kindness and sincerity have been used to help many people in our area.

God bless you and your family on your new venture. May TX be as blessed as we were to have you in our lives.
