Come on Town of Century - if you want to help the people, Do this. We may get a seperate bill each month or quarterly but it will probably be about 40% less than we are paying now. I know several towns that the monthly fee is less than $10.00 per month and they are more rural than Century. Also Century is over employed and over equipped. It seems that every employee has a truck or van to drive around and burning up a lot of expensive gas. The town even has a Office automobile sitting under a cover. Whats wrong with giving the Mayor a few dollars to buy gas when he has to attend a meeting somewhere. Century is just getting too big for its pants and not enough happens with the employees and equipment we have.
