I also know that Mr. Hawkins has been after her job since the day he was elected to the town council. This is not the first issue and it won't be the last. I guess he has someone he wants to have her job. Thanks to Shaun, whoever you are, you are right about Mr. Hawkins arguing and doing the same thing he wants to reprimand my mother for. His actions are not very becoming for a council member sometimes, and are certainly not becoming for someone who is supposed to be a preacher.
