Makes you wonder how many other checks have been written…. taking away money from our children and their education. It’s sad that teachers are getting minimal financial help but we can pay other people’s bills. Kinda makes you wonder how “cut to the bone” the schools would be if the money was going to the correct locations. I think Jim Paul needs to worry about his own department issues instead of worrying about us! Leave our kids alone!

Ronnie Arnold, district spokesman. He said the Pond Street payment was simply a mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
