people ought to know before the prisoners are out in there area they cause more problems than good, or hasn’t anybody seen that yet???

Oops! After re-reading the article, I realize that state prisoners working was correctly reported. The point I am trying to make was that the tree was dead, but it did not just fall over; it was cut down.

Your article states that the dead tree falling on the vehicle was a freak accident. Maybe the fact that DOT was using state prisoners instead of experienced professionals to cut the tree down should be mentioned. Why was the road not closed at the time that the tree was going to be felled?
