I have no objections to sidewalks, but I happen to think that a library in the Nine Mile Road area is more important. Libraries have been built all over the county, including Molino, but in the heavily populated area of Ensley, Cantonment, Gonzales, etc. there is no access to a public library. Indeed, UWF is near-by, but doesn't serve the general population. There are several elementary schools, a few middle schools, not to mention at least one high school that goes unserved. In addition, the adult population is totally without access unless traveling some distance. I have been told for over ten years that a library was in the planning, but obviously it's only words.
