They say it is a "computer billing problem" on their end but this has happened two times in the last 4 months... Shouldn't it have been fixed the 1st time?...I wonder how many don't notice these charges and simply pay them too much for an error made by Allied Waste? I disagree. The service we have been provided is always timely, the drivers are friendly and make extra efforts to keep traffic flowing without putting residents in danger of wrecks. The city of Jacksonville Florida only has once per week pick-up, Allied Waste provides North Escambia residents with twice per week pick-up. What will ECUA offer, our fire taxes on this end already pay for fire hydrants we don't get. What is wrong with the garbage pick-up we have?
